HANS PETER OLSEN was the other of two "tilletsmann" or Trustees on the first Church Council. He was born March 11, 1851 in Rolokke from Lolland, Denmark. He was baptized and confirmed and came to America March 27, 1885. He moved o Oregon with his wife to whom he was married Oct. 31, 1875 in Denmark.

She was born July 8, 1851 in Utterslev on Lolland, Denmark. She was baptized and confirmed. On October 31, 1900 they celebrated their silver wedding in the Oregon Danish Church. The marriage was blessed with four children, 3 sons and 1 daughter.
