CATHERINE CHRISTENSEN FLINT, Enke (widow) was born March 27, 1853 in Skrobelov, Langeland, Denmark. She was baptized in Skrobelov Church by Pastor Steen and confirmed in 1867 by the same minister. She was married May 7, 1876 in Rudkobing, Langeland to Rasmus Hansen Christensen Flint.
They came to America in 1886 and settled in Rutland, WI. On May 26, 1890 her husband died. They had two children: Carl Christensen (born Nov. 24, 1886) and Alma (born 1889).
